Holiday Inn London - Whitechapel, an IHG Hotel

The staff were very helpful and attentive. A chap needs coffee to function in the mornings and the staff at the breakfast buffet were quick to find me a place, sit me down and, as if by magic, coffee appeared at my elbow moments later. In particular I am immensely grateful to Sajia and Nusrat on reception yesterday morning (20/10/24), like a dope I forgot to pack my phone charger and they very kindly found a charger (fairly sure it was Nusrat's) and pumped electrons into my mobile. This averted a potential crisis as my train ticket home etc. were stored on the dying phone.

We stayed at this hotel for a special occasion – a celebration of my late grandmother's birthday – and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our request, adding a personal touch that made the stay truly memorable. The receptionist at both check-in and check-out was incredibly kind, efficient, and attentive, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The room was comfortable, the ambiance was peaceful, and every detail felt just right. A perfect 10/10 stay – highly recommended for anyone looking for thoughtful service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Very clean property with extremely polite staff. Room service and house keeping always on time. Good breakfast. Location within 10 min walking distance to tube station. If you want to get around London and out of London, for sight seeing and visiting attractions, this is a ideal location to stay. My family was well taken care off. We stayed for a week and I highly recommend this place for families considering staying in London for visiting attractions and sightseeing.

The room and the staff were great to us The breakfast is well organized and has many good options of nutritive and tasteful meals The hotel is well located and it is easy to go to many of the main common turistic points as London public transport works very well most of the time We were accommodated in a room bigger than we expected and the hotel as a whole has a great infrastructure Also thanks for helping my fiancee order our dinner as she does not speak english and the staff was very supportive and patiente with our first time common international travel challenges

We really enjoyed the cleanliness and the overall friendliness of all the staff. The restaurant staff was amazing! The restaurant manager was very friendly. My little pre-school daughter constantly says, I want to go back to London and see Flor. I miss Flor,mommy mommy can we go back to London and see Flor" hahahaha. I already know she will be asking me that for years to come. This Holiday Inn location is close to 2 tube stations, Whitechapel and Shadwell. We walked, took public transportation and caught uber everywhere in London. The location was safe and not in a sketchy area. We walked around the neighborhood and felt safe doing do.
