Hotel was lovely & clean, staff very helpful & friendly, breakfast was excellent, lots of choice. I would say dinner not as nice as breakfast & unfortunately only ate in once. They also left an Easter egg in my room for Easter Sunday. Area was a little run down but excellent for trains, amenities including a market. We went for the Star Wars Celebration over the Easter weekend & getting to & from the Excel was very easy. It would be easy to have access to a lot of London's sightseeing tours. This is for overground trains via Shadwell station, Whitechapel Station is about 10 minutes walk which was ok for us but bit of struggle with cases etc,

We really enjoyed the cleanliness and the overall friendliness of all the staff. The restaurant staff was amazing! The restaurant manager was very friendly. My little pre-school daughter constantly says, I want to go back to London and see Flor. I miss Flor, mommy mommy can we go back to London and see Flor" hahahaha. I already know she will be asking me that for years to come. This Holiday Inn location is close to 2 tube stations, Whitechapel and Shadwell. We walked, took public transportation and caught uber everywhere in London. The location was safe and not in a sketchy area. We walked around the neighborhood and felt safe doing do.

The room and the staff were great to us The breakfast is well organized and has many good options of nutritive and tasteful meals The hotel is well located and it is easy to go to many of the main common turistic points as London public transport works very well most of the time We were accommodated in a room bigger than we expected and the hotel as a whole has a great infrastructure Also thanks for helping my fiancee order our dinner as she does not speak english and the staff was very supportive and patiente with our first time common international travel challenges

We booked this hotel as we needed a wheelchair accessible room with a roll in shower that was also on an accessible underground station. All our rooms were great and spotlessly clean. some of the best pillows I’ve had in a hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially during breakfast. We used the bus (from Watney Market) to go to The London Eye and into Central London. very easy to use with a wheelchair and cheaper than the tube. We also used an accessible Uber, which was also great.

Very good location. Nice, clean spacious rooms, very good breakfast. Curtains were excellent and darkened the room for nights. There was coffee/tea making facilities. Good bed. Location is great - wide range of buses beside the hotel, whitechapel underground and overground station is like 10 minutes walk, new elizabeth line comes to whitechapel directly from heathrow in 40 minutes. Supermarket, market and many ethnic fast food places are just on the other side of the street.
